The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems.

Bridget received her Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Arts from the Pennsylvania State University where she focused on Psychology and Fine Art. She completed her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She enjoys creating individual therapeutic experiences by combining the arts with person-centered and trauma-informed cultural-relational, cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, mindfulness-based, humanistic approaches. Bridget wants to build a positive relationship with you based on compassion, respect, and inclusivity in order to guide you towards creating the meaningful changes and well-being you seek within yourself.
