What is your style/approach to therapy?

My approach is family systems while also using Solution Focused Therapy. I am also skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I allow clients to join to assist in overcoming objectives to reach desired goals.

What does a first session with you look like?

In our first session, gaining an understanding of what is to come within the therapeutic setting will be reviewed. By understanding general expectations can help build upon time to set goals and review treatment options. Throughout sessions, a collaborative approach is always used to assess changes which are reviewed periodically After sessions, my goal is to provide knowledge to my clients while encouraging them to use the tools they have conquered.
