What does a first session with you look like?
Our first session is a getting-to-know-you session. I like to know what previous counseling experiences you have had, if any, your background, your medications, and how you are doing. Of course, everything you tell me is strictly confidential.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The main modalities that I use are Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and any other modality that fits you better.
