What is your style/approach to therapy?

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep belief in each person's innate capacity for healing and transformation. I utilize a client-centered approach, tailoring my techniques to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, I am here to offer guidance and facilitate the process of self-discovery. I hold two masters of science degrees in clinical mental health counseling and school counseling from Southern Adventist University. Throughout my career, I have gained expertise in various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I integrate these approaches to create a comprehensive and holistic treatment plan that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.
