I utilize various evidenced based techniques such as CBT, trauma focused therapy, strengths based therapy, solution focused, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, narrative, compassion focused, coaching, and attachment based therapy.
What does a first session with you look like?
Together we create individualized treatment plans, where the clients identify the goals they would like to work towards. By utilizing the education and the tools provided in therapy, clients learn to take steps toward achieving their therapeutic goals. Clients feel more empowered and confident as they learn to navigate these big emotions and difficult experiences.
