What does a first session with you look like?
When taking this therapeutic journey with me, there are expectations of not being afraid of growth, working through your comfort zone at times, and be motivated to do the "homework" I may assign to you. There may be moments of fun, loving laughter as I can be funny with my "mom" jokes as icebreakers but I make sure to keep the atmosphere professional, comforting, and warm for the best experience possible.
