What does a first session with you look like?
During our first session, we will get to know each other and work together to create a plan to meet your therapeutic goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
There are plenty of therapists around, each specializing in one area or another, each with different backgrounds, life experiences and different theoretical approaches. What makes me different is that my goal is to create a safe space, listen to concerns and work closely with clients so they can achieve long-lasting, positive changes in their lives.
