What is your style/approach to therapy?

My approach is based in Positive Psychology with a focus on human potential and building on your strengths. I have training in CBT, ACT, EMDR, IFS, Creative Expressive therapies, and others.

What does a first session with you look like?

At each session I provide ideas and strategies for you to use and practice in your daily life, between sessions. As with any new skill, lasting change happens through practice. In our sessions, we review what is working for you and we explore new ways for you to think, act, and respond that align with your core values.
