What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect a welcoming, warm approach to therapy. I strive to create a safe-space that allows clients to feel more comfortable to express themselves freely. Clients can also expect to be assigned "homework" to ensure accountability and progress in self-growth.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I would describe my approach as open and judgement-free. I strive to meet the client where they are by using an integrative therapy approach as well as implementing positive coping skills.
