What does a first session with you look like?

It is my hope, that after our first session, you feel comfortable and confident with your choice to seek therapy.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize a variety of treatment methods to meet people at their individual needs. These include cognitive, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, interpersonal and person-centered modalities. I feel it is important to work on things in-between sessions in order to get the most out of therapy. This may include items such as utilizing relaxation techniques, tracking thought patterns or practicing coping skills.
