What does a first session with you look like?
Our first session will allow us to outline your current concerns and goals, as well as to determine whether we are a good fit. Moving forward, we will align our therapeutic work with your values and preferences, checking in along the way to make sure we are heading in the right direction.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Rather than specializing in any one type of therapy, I utilize a multifaceted approach based on your specific needs and preferences. We may use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Art Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, or other modalities. The most important thing is for the techniques we use to be a good fit for you and your needs.
