What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I am a Licensed Certified Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years providing mental health services. My background in Social Work and Counseling Psychology has given me an appreciation of how we are shaped by both nature and nurture. Through the lens of Cognitive and Behavior and Psychoanalytic psychotherapy, we will explore your unique history and learn to identify maladaptive thoughts and behavior patterns. New insights can lead to greater self acceptance and positive life changes. I provide a warm and accepting environment for adolescents and adults of all ages. In a trusting environment, I guide individuals and couples toward reaching their goals and life potential.
