What does a first session with you look like?
In our sessions, we will use nervous system healing techniques, somatic techniques, help you connect with and feel safe in your body, discover your inner child and the beauty of your true self that the world is waiting to see. I also provide lots of educational content or will share with you videos I've created on youtube for more support.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, somatic interventions, IFS (internal family systems) theory, family systems theory, feminist theory, and if you are open; a little bit of astrology and human design :)
