What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize play therapy, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, and others. I am trained in many approaches because I want to use the one or a couple that will help you reach your goals.

What does a first session with you look like?

After a session with me, I want you or your child to feel heard. The first few sessions will be me getting to know you and your story, and we will work together to map out the most important goals and decide on the plan and approach to reach those goals. We will check in and review regularly to make sure that you are making progress toward those goals.
