I use a clinical treatment approach that integrates aspects of Cognitive-Behavioral, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, Strength- Based and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
During our first we will list our expectations, set goals focused on areas that you would like to work on and explore whether a more flexible or structured style would work best for you. We will work together to set the pace and find the rhythm that feels the most comfortable for our therapeutic relationship. As time progresses we'll work towards identifying and challenging limiting belief systems and behavior patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles. As well as explore significant events in your past that may be contributing to present issues and put into practice new behavioral changes geared towards nurturing a better quality of life.
