What does a first session with you look like?
I am a Christian and my passion is to invite God into the work that do. I believe while partnering with God, through your healing process, tasks and goals are established, your insight and awareness into your behaviors, feelings, patterns of problems will increase and as you do the work. You will notice a transformation in your life begin to take place as you move forward through the process.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have a Master of Social Work and over 20 years of clinical social work experience. Issues are addressed by integrating Christ Centered prayer and/or with empirically researched and effective treatment interventions, such as EMDR, poly vagal techniques, CBT, mindfullness...depending on the individual person's needs.
