What does a first session with you look like?
Therapy is not a one size fits all. I like to work with different areas of the mind and body to help ease concerns or address issues that are limiting a persons quality of life. To do this I use a holistic approach in my sessions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy (where you are the expert on your life experiences), mindfulness and expressive art and narrative therapy.
