What is your style/approach to therapy?
I tailor the type of therapy to your needs, but some of my range of counseling modalities include TF-CBT, EMDR, REBT, Inner Child work, Expressive Arts, and Gottman techniques with Solution-Based outcomes. If you would like to explore how to have healthy relationships and thrive in this uncertain world, I would love to walk that journey with you.

My passion is to assist my clients with identifying any barriers to HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS while building resiliency. I believe this is a therapeutic process built on trust, hope and caring so that there can be healing and genuine change that transfers to the real world. My goal is to LISTEN to you! We will start at the present moment and construct realistic, self paced goals that will help you heal and move forward quickly.
