What does a first session with you look like?

I seek to help individuals and families address issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe that healing takes place by identifying the source of the issue. The therapy hour is a sacred time of healing that is owned by the client. I work with clients to develop a partnership that will help them become the best version of themselves.
