What does a first session with you look like?
As your therapist, I will purpose to be empathetic to your experiences and concerns. I will assist you in identifying and developing the right coping skills to heal and take control of your life. I will take a collaborative approach so you may begin living a better quality of life.

I utilize a CBT framework and take a collaborative approach within the therapeutic relationship. I am trauma trained and utilize EMDR and Brainspotting to assist my clients in emotional recovery and regulation.
