What does a first session with you look like?
A top priority is to meet the clients where they are in their process, and base treatment goals on what works best for the client as we work together to meet the goals in therapy. Treatment goals will be tailored to meet your unique and specific needs. What is your style/approach to therapy?
The therapeutic approach I utilize is Person (Client) Centered Therapy. The main therapeutic modalities I utilize in therapy are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR). The population I work with is young adults, adults, and seniors.
