What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to take away the feeling of knowing they are heard, respected and valued. Clients will hopefully feel as if they are making treatment progress week by week and feel confident to use what we cover in session to apply to their everyday lives.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Client Centered approaches. I will use worksheets and assignments if my clients prefer and/or will also engage in empathic understanding and reflection.
