What does a first session with you look like?
Written by G.R. on Jul 21, 2021 after counseling with Charles for 2 weeks on issues concerning depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, sleeping disorders, parenting issues, self esteem, career difficulties, coping with life changes, coaching, and adhd Charles is easy to talk to and is comfortable to either give advice and ideas or to just listen and gather information. He is disarming and easily underestimated with his skill. I always enjoy the sessions and find that I discuss core issues without expecting it.
