What does a first session with you look like?
My goal as your therapist is to meet you where you are in your journey toward emotional wellness. You will receive empathetic understanding and validation. You will definitely gain self-awareness and a deeper understanding of yourself. You will feel empowered to continue to walk through a journey of emotional healing while learning to authentically be yourself. You will develop effective coping strategies to help you with your overall emotional well-being.

As a counselor, I believe that one size does not fit all. I am a counselor that uses an integrated approach to coaching and therapy, utilizing a variety of orientations, based on the client's specific needs. I utilize a collection of techniques tailored for each client to have a unique counseling experience.
