What does a first session with you look like?
I provide a welcoming environment where you will feel relaxed, accepted and free to be your authentic self. Additionally, you can expect to be therapeutically challenged with compassion and warmth as we work towards the goals YOU identify. It is okay not to feel okay and you deserve the opportunity to get unstuck and live the life you envision for yourself. It is my intention for you to feel supported, accepted, and free to be yourself without fear of judgment.

I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Insight-Oriented and Motivational Interviewing techniques. I believe as the client you are the expert over your life and your sessions will be individualized to you and the specific goals you identify.
