What does a first session with you look like?
During the first session, I like for you to ask as many questions as you can, share at your comfort level while building a rapport with me. It takes a lot of courage to open up to a stranger therefore I allow you to set the pace initially.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have discovered that employing the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy as a guide to understanding the client's concerns and assisting them with working towards and reaching a healthier, more balanced mental status has been beneficial.
