What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

I have always valued helping others and believe that all people desire purpose in their lives, but sometimes need help realizing what is their purpose and determining what is truly meaningful to them. Seeking help is a sign of strength not weakness; it is the first step towards a more fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach to therapy is highly person-centered utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, as well as mindfulness techniques and Logotherapy (Meaning Therapy).
