What does a first session with you look like?
Thinking about therapy can be scary but therapy with me is anything but that! Throughout sessions, I ensure a safe space to converse, feel emotions and practice coping skills. The ball is in your court and I'm here to lead it to the net.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Just like every person has their own story to tell, every person has their own road to happiness. I cater my practice on a client-based level and adjust my treatment modalities based on the client at hand. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) through a trauma-informed lens so that you will feel safe and secure when working with me, which is gradually adjusted to meet the goals that are being worked toward.
