What is your style/approach to therapy?

My approach combines client-centered therapy, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness. We will also work together to identify your strengths and help to find ways to use them to help create what you want and need in life.

What does a first session with you look like?

My counseling style is warm and compassionate. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. For clients that are cash pay my intake fee is $100 and the sessions after that will be $75. Please feel free to discuss payment with me during your intake session.
