Dr. Chelze Zamani LMFT
General Office Hours
In Eastern Time
I offer formal education and clinical experience to clients through our session. I will offer resources, explain different processes of healing and practices on connecting to the different parts in you that have kept you protected and moving forward. I have a grounding and warm presence and often hear that I am calming to my clients. I challenge how others perceive themselves through an informational, respectful, and sometimes playful way in hopes of normalizing that being human is hard at times! My hope is that you step away from sessions feeling heard and supported.
I utilized parts work from Internal Family Systems (IFS), experiential approaches to normalize discomfort in change, and mindfulness exercises to incorporate long-term impact on your healing.
