What does a first session with you look like?
At our first session, we will develop a treatment plan taking into account what you want to achieve in therapy. I like to provide educational materials about coping skills that you can implement between sessions. I also encourage clients to prepare for their next appointment by tracking their emotions and mood during the week, so that we can address this during your appointment.
