I use a compassionate, person centered, humanistic style and culturally and spiritually sensitive approaches. I provide an open, authentic, collaborative and non-judgmental space to assist you to meet your desired goals in life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
