I am person-centered therapist but utilize many evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. I incorporate mindfulness into the therapeutic relationship and will help clients find techniques and skills that will help improve their lives.
Therapy can be both very frightening and rewarding. Clients will always receive respect and dignity regardless of whatever brings them into therapy. Clients can expect to be heard and understood during therapy sessions. Clients will play an active role in choosing goals in therapy.
