What does a first session with you look like?
I believe even a therapist needs therapy & therapy looks different for everyone. My way is to create, customize, & even morph to your needs. Whether you know it or not, you have unique obstacles, needs, & wants. I want to give that to you. So, whether you need a mental health tune-up or more long-term, I am excited to copilot in your self-growth adventure.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have a "Person-Centered Humanistic Therapy" perspective. It centers on you being the expert in yourself. It does not mean you know every single thing about yourself but that I will be taking your lead, believe you, and meeting you where you are. It does not mean I will not be direct, challenging, and sarcastic as needed. If you enjoy transparency, I am your person.
