What does a first session with you look like?
My ultimate goal is to help you, help yourself because you are the expert on what you need and how you feel. I empathize with each person as it takes a strong person to continuously work towards positive change. If you are ready then I am here to help. I am a none bias person, with a bubbly personality. Please feel free to come as you are.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and a solution focused approach. I will focus our conversation and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, family-centered treatment, eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and several others.
