What is your style/approach to therapy?

When working with clients I tend to approach sessions through the lens of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, though often bull from other approached including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Motivational Interviewing as well.

What does a first session with you look like?

Finding the right therapist that fits your needs can be difficult. After our first session, I always give clients the space to decide how they want to move forward. Once I begin seeing a client, I work to establish some treatment goals and check in on the clients progress regularly.
