What does a first session with you look like?

Once we meet for the first time I think you will find that I am a warm and empathetic person who will fully listen to you. As our sessions progress you should become more comfortable and trust that I will be able to help you deal with your issues. If we are not a good fit or I am unable to help you I will refer you to someone who will better meet your needs.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use a wide variety of treatment methods and tools from CBT and DBT to Transactional Analysis and others. I will use questionnaires, homework, readings and anything else I have in my toolbox that will help you and I to better understand your issues.
