What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Laine works to develop a partnership using a person-centered approach to create a form of treatment that works best for the client. By exploring values, behaviors and emotions, Laine uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Therapy to help clients overcome life's challenges and obstacles. Anxiety, stress, grief, substance abuse, and mood disorders are issues Laine has special interest in working with. Mindfulness helps Laine in her personal life, as well as incorporating it in treatment when appropriate.
