What does a first session with you look like?

In our work together you can expect to develop an awareness and understanding of the root cause of your struggles and develop better ways of reframing, changing the narrative and becoming empowered to live your best life. I will provide you with a safe space to heal and grow, boost self-esteem and confidence, and improve relationships.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

The approach that I use includes psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy and Dialectic behavioral therapy.
