I take an eclectic strength-based approach to treatment. Treatment is tailored to each individual's needs. Treatment is provided from an integrative approach that includes person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, solution focused, accelerated resolution therapy and a trauma focused approach. I work with these methodologies to provide a holding space for clients, allow them to choose the direction of therapy and the pace of our work.

Building connection and helping clients feel able to open up can take work and time, and I'm able to make space for that. My therapeutic role is promoting enhanced self-awareness, better coping skills, and to foster your sense of personal responsibility. This will enable you to respond better to adversity and maintain a healthier perspective on your difficulties. You will realize that you can learn to stabilize and reassure yourself when problems arise and work through them more effectively.
