What does a first session with you look like?

I've learned that the majority of challenges we face are not external (people, places and things), rather they are internal (our thoughts, perceptions and self-concept). Therefore, we respond to stressors accordingly with the coping skills that we possess at the time. Does that make you a bad person? Absolutely not. Rather it sheds light on the areas within you that need attention, healing and wholeness. Life is touugh, but so are you!

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I provide comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnosis and treatment to individuals and couples experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, and strained relationships through shadow work, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
