What does a first session with you look like?
My primary goal as a clinician is to help you manage and learn how to overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, and issues that arise from life transitions. You can expect to be able to build upon your strengths and skills, learn meaningful coping strategies, and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns all while feeling a sense of empowerment.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My therapeutic approach is composed of a collaborative and holistic approach with a foundation built on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I like to incorporate a variety of therapeutic methods and treatment modalities with a focus on meeting you where you are on your journey.
