What does a first session with you look like?
In our first session we will get to know each other and what your needs might be. The goal with each session is to continue learning about you, teaching skills, supporting, and instilling hope while on our journey.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use Cognitive Behaviorial Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, along with a few other tools. Homework is essential as learning to use skills outside of sessions is necessary.
