What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize an integrative approach to mental health and am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider (CIMHP). I offer a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness based therapy.

What does a first session with you look like?

I work with clients to identify maladaptive patterns of thought and behavior, and I assist clients in learning how to shift these thoughts and behaviors to promote emotional health. I offer a collaborative approach to help clients obtain their goals and live a more reflective and fulfilled life.
