What does a first session with you look like?
My approach to therapy is relational: I am interested in how you relate to others as well as how you relate to yourself, including your habits, culture, expectations and thoughts you own. I take a position of a mirror where you see yourself and decide how you will reflect your own views onto others. You will find in me a good listening ear, a therapist who will provide services to you professionally and humanisticly. I will help you understand your world and walk with you throughout the journey of your own expertise: you.

Added to my PhD level education, I have advanced Narrative Therapy training; I am certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and soon I will complete my EMDR certificate.
