What does a first session with you look like?

I will listen to my client’s issues or complaints. I will give different treatment options. We will work together to come up with the best treatment plan to ensure positive and successful outcomes. We will set goals that are attainable. My duty as a PMHNP is to provide appropriate care for my patients so that they can have productive lives.
