What does a first session with you look like?

During our first session we will focus on understanding the origin of the challenges that you are facing and coming up with your goals. After we know what you would like to accomplish we will begin working on a plan to get there together. Whether it be for your own growth or for the growth of a loved one. We will measure progress weekly and prepare for whatever setbacks and challenges may arise during this process.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize EMDR, CBT, family education and DBT as some of my primary approaches. I have benefitted from many years in the field and having been a clinical director of multiple facilities I have worked with far more clients that just what I could have carried on my caseload.
