What does a first session with you look like?

I utilize a person-centered approach, taking your preferences and needs into account in your treatment. She understands therapy can be difficult. I will discuss your situation and concerns while improving my understanding of your personality, preferences, and symptoms to develop a personalized treatment plan and assist you in meeting your goals; utilizing an integrated approach to therapy, including cognitive behavior therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. I will use all my resources and expertise to help you overcome any adversity, heal, and become the best version of yourself.
