What does a first session with you look like?

My goal is to build rapport with you via a client centered approach. I will develop a strong therapeutic relationship with you. I work towards helping you build trust in me as your therapist through transparency, empathy, and active listening. You are in charge of you own recovery. I will serve as a tool and utilize a strength building approach and the best treatment method to assist you in gaining insight as to how to help you reach you goal in a positive way.
