What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

I am very passionate about reducing the stigma associated with seeking mental health services. When the opportunity presents, I advocate for increasing the availability of mental and behavioral health services. Many would say my approach to providing mental health services is patient centered. I value my patients' input when planning the most appropriate treatment plans.
